MailFleet vs lemlist

lemlist charges per user and gives each user a handful of senders. MailFleet charges per plan and lets any number of people run any number of mailboxes. Both do email and LinkedIn in one sequence — so the choice mostly comes down to team shape and price.

Competitor prices and limits were read from the vendor's own pricing page on 22 September 2026 and are linked below. They change; if you spot a difference, tell us and we'll correct it.

The short version

Pick lemlist if you are a sales team where each rep runs their own sequences from their own accounts, you want a very large built-in contact database with phone numbers and intent signals, and per-user pricing maps to how you already buy software.

Pick MailFleet if you run outreach as a shared operation — an agency, a founder-led team or a small SDR pod — where the number of mailboxes matters more than the number of logins, and you want LinkedIn steps, dedicated IPs and intent-sorted replies at a flat monthly price.

Pricing and limits, side by side

Monthly prices in USD from each pricing page on the date at the top. lemlist's Multichannel and Enterprise plans are priced per user; annual billing is discounted (Multichannel $87/user/month annually).

The per-user question

For one person, lemlist Multichannel at $109 and MailFleet Pro at $69 are the comparable multichannel tiers. For three people who all need to log in and work replies, lemlist is $327 a month; MailFleet Pro is still $69, with the same email allowance shared across the team. That gap is the whole reason MailFleet prices the way it does — it is a poor fit for lemlist's model when many people share the work, and a fair fit when each rep is an independent unit with their own quota and accounts.

The flip side: lemlist's Multichannel tier has unlimited emails per user. If a single user sends far more than 150,000 emails a month, MailFleet Pro's credit pool runs out and you are on Scale ($350, 600,000 emails). Do the arithmetic on your actual volume.

Where the products genuinely differ

LinkedIn

Both automate LinkedIn inside the sequence: profile visits, connection requests with a note, messages. lemlist's LinkedIn is on the Multichannel plan and up, tied to each user's own LinkedIn account. MailFleet's is on every plan with one connected LinkedIn account included (three on Scale) and more at $60 a month each, independent of how many people log in. MailFleet also reports invites sent without a note when LinkedIn's monthly note allowance is spent, and detects acceptances so the follow-up message fires on time.

Data and enrichment

This is lemlist's strongest card. Its database is advertised at 650M+ contacts with email finding, phone numbers and buying signals (web visits, hiring, fundraising) sold as pay-per-success credits — you pay only when the lookup returns something. MailFleet's Lead Database is 53M people with title, seniority, country, industry and company-size filters and a monthly allowance included in the plan; phone enrichment is available through your own Apollo key. If you source most of your prospects inside the tool, lemlist has more of them.

Replies

Both bring every reply into one inbox and stop sequences on reply. MailFleet tags replies by intent, holds follow-ups until an out-of-office return date, and can forward interested replies by rule or webhook. lemlist's unified inbox includes its AI agent ("lemAgent") on all tiers for drafting and triage.

Infrastructure

MailFleet includes dedicated sending IPs on Pro (1) and Scale (3), a free warmup network, custom tracking domains and a blocklist. lemlist's deliverability hub covers warmup and monitoring; dedicated IPs are not a listed plan feature.

Calls

Both have a dialer. lemlist's is part of Multichannel; MailFleet's in-app dialer and call steps are included on Scale and an add-on from $50 a month (300 connections) on Basic and Pro.

Things MailFleet does not do (yet)

  • No unlimited-email tier below $350.
  • Lead database is smaller and has no buying-signal data.
  • No native CRM connectors — webhooks (every plan) and API (Pro/Scale) instead.
  • No free-forever plan; the trial is 7 days.

Which should you choose?

Count logins and count mailboxes. If logins ≈ mailboxes and each person is a self-contained rep, lemlist's model fits and its data depth is a bonus. If a few people run many mailboxes — the typical agency or founder-led setup — MailFleet's flat price wins by a wide margin, with LinkedIn and dedicated IPs included rather than layered on.
