Common questions
Do I use my own mailboxes?
Yes. Connect any provider over IMAP/SMTP, or import many at once from a CSV — a Smartlead export works as-is. There's no limit on how many, each one is verified as it's added, and credentials are stored encrypted.
What happens when someone replies?
A real reply stops that person's sequences in every campaign they're in, not just the one that emailed them. An out-of-office reply holds every step until the return date, and a reply tag like Meeting request can start a subsequence in the same thread.
Is warmup really free?
Yes, on every mailbox and every plan. It runs on a peer network of real customer mailboxes that open, rescue from spam and reply, and it never uses your credits or daily limits. Warmup mail is kept out of your reply queue.
How long is the free trial?
Basic comes with 7 days free. A card is required and nothing is charged for 7 days. Pro and Scale start billing right away.
What if I run out of credits?
Sending pauses until your email credits refill at your next renewal, or you upgrade. Nothing is deleted and replies keep arriving. Leads aren't monthly: your plan keeps a set number in your workspace, and deleting leads frees room.
Can I run it from my own code, or from Claude?
On Pro and Scale, yes: the two-way REST API and the Claude connector can build and run campaigns, add and enrol leads, and send replies. Webhooks, with 13 events, come with every plan.
